Strengthening the Caribbean’s Participation in the VI Americas Competitiveness Forum

This technical cooperation is to foster public-private dialogue on issues of innovation and competitiveness through participation at the VI Americas Competitiveness Forum. In facilitating the participation of public and private sector stakeholders from the Caribbean, the main benefit of the project will be (i) the stimulation or enhancement of public-private dialogue processes and (ii) stimulation and generation of ideas to increase competitiveness in the countries represented. Additionally, through the participation of officials from competitiveness councils and authorities, the project will help to strengthen these institutions, improve networking and knowledge exchange within the Caribbean region and the hemisphere in general, and strengthen their contributions to PPD fora.
